Hollander Distillery invites you on a journey into the world of liqueurs and schnapps, through a fascinating family story passed down from generation to generation—from early-20th-century Czechoslovakia to its current home in the Jerusalem Hills.
During the workshop, we will explore the history and production processes of schnapps and liqueurs, accompanied by in-depth tastings rich in fruity aromas, based on high-quality Israeli agricultural produce.

The museum’s new permanent exhibition, housed in the original guardrooms, invites visitors to explore the city sacred to Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. Ten galleries combine innovative technology, interactive installations, archaeological findings and ancient artifacts.
