Starting from the Beginning
Join us on a fascinating journey to the beginnings of Jerusalem’s renewal. We’ll start in the Machane Yisrael neighborhood of the Maghrebi community, in an enchanting Jerusalem courtyard featuring an Andalusian garden, a water fountain, and colorful mosaic — a blend of tradition and Mediterranean beauty.
We’ll continue to the ancient Mamilla Pool, a site steeped in history and stories, where we’ll hear about the plans for its restoration and renewal. From there we’ll enter the Nachlaot neighborhood, one of the first places to bridge old and new, and hear about the Jerusalem characters who laid the foundations for the city’s new life.
The tour will end facing the impressive Armenian wall mosaic — a magnificent work of art telling the story of Jerusalem’s cultural montage as a whole.

Selichot Tours in the Nachlaot Neighborhood
A Jerusalem journey through Selichot, piyutim (liturgy), and traditions.
The tour will explore the special connection between the Selichot period and Jerusalem, through sources, piyutim, and customs developed over generations.
We will walk through Nachlaot and Machane Yehuda, the first neighborhoods built outside the Old City Walls, and get to know their stories, synagogues, and traditions celebrated by Jewish communities all over the world.
We will experience the “Jerusalem of Selichot” period – a city of faith, longing, prayer, and renewal.

Sukkot at the Rooftop
During Chol Hamoed Sukkot, diners are invited to enjoy a festive dinner in the specially designed sukkah on the roof of the Mamilla Hotel, facing the breathtaking panoramic view of Jerusalem’s Old City Walls. In addition to the unique atmosphere, guests will enjoy Chef Itay Shalev’s menu, a carefully crafted cocktail array, and a thoughtfully selected wine list.
Main courses include beef fillet with root-vegetable cream and Jerusalem artichoke, handmade tortellini filled with sweet-corn polenta, and crispy-skin branzino fillet, served with green vegetables, charred tomato cream, and pastis.
The meal is completed with original desserts, alongside a selection of cocktails and wines chosen to complement the dishes and the special rooftop atmosphere.
The combination of Chef Kfir Mysnikov’s cuisine, the special sukkah, and Jerusalem’s spectacular view creates an exceptional Sukkot experience — a bond of culinary art, design, and scenery, in the heart of the Old City.

"To My Beloved Land" Exhibition: A Moving Personal Journey
The exhibition “To My Beloved Land,” by artist and illustrator Sharon Kipnis-Chait, invites visitors on a journey of memory, longing, and homecoming. Kipnis-Chait’s works interweave the landscapes of her childhood in Moshav Yesha, near the Gaza envelope, Israeli symbols, and optimistic color, shedding new light on the beauty of the place.
Between personal memories and shared identity, the works express love for the land and a sense of home.

Special Shabbat Tours
The Tower of David Jerusalem Museum is located at one of the most important historical sites in Israel — David’s Citadel.
The museum tells the story of Jerusalem throughout history in an experiential, innovative, and engaging way. The museum has a new permanent exhibit, located in the citadel’s original guard rooms. The exhibit offers visitors a journey to the “birthplace of the world,” the city held sacred by the three monotheistic religions: Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. The exhibit includes 10 galleries combining innovative technology, interactive displays, archaeological finds, and ancient artifacts.
