The Hotel Coffee Experience
Throughout the summer months, coffee takes center stage throughout the hotel — as a distinguished guest at the heart of the hospitality experience.
At the hotel’s espresso bar, in the restaurants, and across the various spaces, coffee finds its own expression and creates a natural connection between culinary arts, culture, and hospitality — and between the guest and the city surrounding them.
Tastings at the Espresso Bar: Coffee, Liqueurs & Stories
You are invited on a unique tasting journey, exploring the coffee liqueur series by Lavie Winery. During the session, you will discover the raw ingredients, the creative process, and the flavors behind the liqueur collection, and enjoy a guided tasting that combines aroma, storytelling, and local craftsmanship.
The workshop will take place at the hotel’s Espresso Bar, Level L1.

Jerusalem Coffee Tour
You are invited to come and trace the coffee culture of New Jerusalem. From Mamilla Hotel through city center streets and the alleys of Nachalat Shiva, we will visit long-standing cafés, contemporary gathering spots, and hidden corners. We will discover how coffee became an inseparable part of city life, meet the people behind it, and uncover stories of Jerusalem’s culture, art, society, and politics throughout the years. Led by guide Asia Spektor.
