Mamilla Hotel unveils its new building extension, a new French-Palace level standard of luxury in Israel.

Blending heritage with innovation, Mamilla Hotel’s new five-story building will house 19 luxurious suites. Each suite is uniquely designed, offering spacious and distinct accommodation that reflects Mamilla’s vision of harmoniously integrating the old with the new. This expansion represents the future of Jerusalem’s hospitality, setting a new standard in both luxury and design.

The Building

The building embodies the rich history of Jerusalem, standing as an iconic structure in the city. The building which dates to the 1870s was part of the first phase of Mamilla neighborhood’s construction, whereby luxurious residential houses were built by wealthy families to escape the congestion of the Old City during those years.

A True Parisian Palace Experience

Jeanne-Michelle Wilmotte, one of the top architects in the world, has created a true Parisian Palace experience in the heart of Jerusalem, bringing the iconic spirit of Lutetia to Mamilla, while carefully preserving the essence of Jerusalem.

The Suites

Multiple suites offer a seamless connection from two and three suites combination to entire floor designed for flexible private use, where guests may secure a complete level of The Mansion, ensuring the ultimate privacy solution for families , high profile clients and long stay luxury travelers.

The Lighting

Natural light floods the space, whilst a sophisticated blend of direct and indirect artificial lighting from the floor and ceiling creates an inviting ambiance.

The Colours

The walls' dominant color is stone with a lightly brushed rendering and enhanced in selected rooms by complementary brick and olive tones.

The Materials

Jerusalem stone, integral to the city's identity was meticulously selected for the building's construction and the additions to the walls have been brushed and cleaned. The original floor patterns, were removed and reinterpreted on the first floor.
